Location: Bridgetowne, Quezon City (Onsite)Shift: Graveyard Shift
Salary: PHP 80,000 – 90,000 + 10% Night Differential

Job Overview
We are looking for a highly technical Digital Marketing Advertisement SaaS Support Engineer to provide backend product support and technical assistance for digital advertising platforms. The ideal candidate has experience supporting Social Media Advertising platforms, troubleshooting API integrations, and resolving technical issues related to digital marketing campaigns.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- At least 1 year of experience in:
- Backend Product Support
- SaaS Technical Support
- Ad Tech Engineering Support
- Technical Integrations (BPO or SaaS environment preferred)
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Experience working with REST APIs and API troubleshooting
- Must have hands-on experience supporting one or more of the following advertising platforms:
- Meta (Facebook Ads)
- Instagram Ads
- TikTok Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Amenable to work 100% onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City
- Willing to work on a graveyard shift
- Can start on July 27
- Provide technical support for Digital Marketing Advertisement SaaS products.
- Investigate and resolve backend issues affecting advertising campaigns.
- Troubleshoot API integrations and data synchronization issues.
- Analyze SQL queries to identify and resolve system-related concerns.
- Support advertisers and internal teams with platform-related technical issues.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams for issue resolution.
- Monitor system performance and ensure service reliability.
- Document issues, resolutions, and technical procedures.
- PHP 80,000 – 90,000 Monthly Salary
