Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Trends
- Track buyer preferences, pricing benchmarks, and housing demand.
- Monitor demographic shifts, economic indicators, and urban development patterns.
- Competitor Analysis
- Conduct price scans across subdivisions and housing projects.
- Maintain a database of competitor developments, pricing strategies, and positioning.
- Intelligence Gathering
- Collect insights from brokers, LGUs, and industry reports.
- Evaluate potential development sites based on zoning, accessibility, and demand.
- Strategic Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for management.
- Provide recommendations on market positioning and competitive advantage.
- Support investment decisions with feasibility studies and scenario analysis.
- Data Management
- Maintain a centralized database of scanned areas, competitor pricing, and opportunities.
- Ensure accuracy and usability of data for strategic planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate Management, Statistics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in real estate market research, business intelligence, or property analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Knowledge of real estate development processes, zoning regulations, and housing market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills for preparing reports and presenting insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
