Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (Mortgage & Real Estate Investment) Remote | 6–8 Hours Daily
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to connect with Realtors across the United States.
In this role, you will introduce the company's specialized lending services, identify Realtors who work with real estate investors, and schedule qualified appointments with the company's Principal Broker.
This is not a high-pressure sales role. Instead, the focus is on building relationships, educating Realtors about investment property financing, and generating qualified opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound cold calls to Realtors across the United States using client-provided lead lists.
- Introduce the company and its specialized investment property lending solutions.
- Educate Realtors on business-purpose lending and how it differs from traditional residential mortgage financing.
- Identify Realtors who work with:
- Real estate investors
- Rental property buyers
- Fix-and-flip investors
- Construction loan borrowers
- Commercial real estate investors
- Position the company as a trusted financing partner for investment-focused transactions.
- Schedule qualified appointments with the Principal Broker.
- Perform live call transfers when appropriate and the broker is available.
- Follow approved call scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging conversation.
- Handle objections professionally and build rapport with prospective partners.
- Accurately document call outcomes, notes, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Maintain timely follow-up with interested prospects.
- Review product information and scripts regularly, and participate in mock call assessments when required.
- Excellent verbal English communication skills with a clear and professional phone presence.
- Proven experience in cold calling, outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable engaging with Realtors and other business professionals.
- Ability to confidently explain services and communicate value.
- Strong objection-handling and active listening skills.
- Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a conversational approach.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and call activities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
