• Manage inbound call queues to ensure all calls are answered within set service levels
• Assist and address all provisioning enquiries and requests until they are resolved
• Make outbound calls to client representatives to identify and resolve provisioning concerns
• Update the customer database and maintain accurate and current notes in all interactions
• Work collaboratively as part of a team and one goal, contributing ideas and providing help to others

• At least 1 year Telco experience in an international BPO set up(non-negotiable)
• Activation/Porting/Provisioning exp in Telco is a plus but not required
• Good to Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
• Ability to provide level 1 technical support across all products and service
• Ability to meet deadlines, priorities duties and gain co-operation of others
• MS Office and Google Workspace background is a plus
