As a Market Insight Specialist, you'll navigate trade show lists and datasets to identify companies that meet specific criteria. You'll assess employee count, revenue, and facility size while interpreting company descriptions. You'll independently analyze qualitative data, trends, strategies, and competition—delivering insights that boost business intelligence and sharpen global acquisition strategies.

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Night Shift; Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Weekends Off)

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in the market insight
• Proven background in market insight analysis
• Ability to interpret large datasets and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in search engines, web analytics, and business research tools
• Solid understanding of data collection methods
• Working knowledge of data warehousing, modeling, and mining
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Willingness to work in Buendia, Makati (as required)
• Open to working night shifts (10 PM – 7 AM)
• Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Open to recent graduates with excellent English proficiency

• Collect data on consumers, competitors, and the marketplace, and consolidate information into actionable insights, reports, and presentations
• Understand business objectives and design surveys to uncover prospective customers’ preferences
• Compile and analyze statistical data using both modern and traditional collection methods
• Perform valid and reliable SWOT analyses for market research
• Interpret data, generate reports, and provide strategic recommendations
• Conduct online market research and catalog findings into internal databases
• Provide competitive analysis on market offerings, pricing models, sales methods, and operations
• Identify industry trends and evaluate business models across various companies
• Ensure accuracy in data releases and validate methodology for proper positioning
• Stay updated on market developments, competitor research, and implement best practices
