Job Description
Be part of our client’s team as an Administration Assistant, delivering high-level support to a thriving accounting firm based in Deakin, ACT. You’ll manage key administrative functions—from handling client emails and invoices to overseeing compliance tasks and corporate secretarial systems—all while ensuring operations stay smooth, accurate, and fully aligned with regulatory standards.

Shift: Day Shift; Monday to Friday, 06:00 AM – 03:00 PM (Weekends Off)

- 1 to 5 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in using ATOMATE and CAS360
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with ASIC and ATO processes is an advantage
- Monitor and respond to client emails promptly and professionally
- Manage ATOMATE tasks, including sending ATO notices to clients
- Handle corporate secretarial duties using CAS360, including sending yearly reviews and ensuring compliance
- Prepare and send accurate and timely invoices to clients
- Maintain and update ASIC records for all corporate secretarial matters
- Liaise with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) on various administrative matters
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team
