ITSD / Service Desk Analyst - START ASAP - Nezda Technologies
About the role
Nezda Technologies, Inc. is seeking a talented ITSD / Service Desk Analyst to join our dynamic team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position, and we are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing exceptional IT support and service to our clients.
What you'll be doing- Provide first-line support for all IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network connectivity problems
- Respond to incoming service requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of IT problems, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members
- Document all support activities and maintain accurate records of all IT incidents and resolutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT services
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT support processes and procedures
- Participate in projects and initiatives that enhance the overall IT capabilities of the organisation
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar IT support or service desk role
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve a variety of IT issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner
- Proficiency in using IT service management tools and ticketing systems
- Proficiency in ServiceNow is required
- Familiarity with common operating systems, software applications, and network technologies
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Certification in ITIL, CompTIA A+, or other relevant IT support certifications is an advantage
