Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Desk Analyst to join our IT support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to end-users, resolving IT-related issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of IT services.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve user inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
- Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of tickets.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software applications.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
