About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our team at D. C. Tiburcio Builders Inc. in Antipolo City Rizal. This part-time role is crucial in supporting the efficient operations of our warehousing and distribution activities.As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our logistics operations.
What you'll be doing- Receiving, unloading, and inspecting incoming and outgoing deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality
- Picking, packing, and preparing construction site orders for purchasing and dispatch
- Maintaining inventory records and stock levels of materials and equipment
- Organizing and storing products in the company mini warehouse in a safe and efficient manner
- Assisting, preparing and tallying with the loading and dispatch of outgoing deliveries
- Adhering to all health, safety, and security procedures
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Encoding inventory in the company data base
- Coordinate in the site for the location and dispatch of equipment
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- With knowledge of MS Office and Excel
