We are currently hiring for Project Coordinators.
Core Responsibilities:
- Keen on details, organize and systematic.
- Track the entire after-sales lifecycle.
- Ensure accurate documentation of sales activities and progress.
- Align support activities with sales targets.
- Responsible in monitoring progress of each account of Sales Managers.
- Responsible in coordinating and scheduling of meetings between Sales Managers and prospective clients.
- Responsible in the preparation of regular reports on accounts progress for presentation / discussion with the Sales Manager.
- Work closely with Sales Manager towards achievement of sales goals.
- Act as Team Leader among other Sales Support / Customer Service staff in the team to ensure that all work responsibilities are fulfilled.
- Responsible in coordinating with HR Department for car allocation of Sales Managers on a daily basis.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by top management from time to time.
- Working Days: Monday to Thursday
- 8:00 am to 6:00 pm; Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Onsite work set up.
- Amenable to work in Paseo De Roxas, Makati City
