About the role
Select Goods' is seeking a dedicated and organised Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for growth and development within our company.
What you'll be doing- Coordinate and monitor all aspects of assigned construction projects, from planning to completion
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely delivery of project milestones
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to optimise efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Assist in the preparation of reports, documentation, and other administrative tasks related to project management
- Identify and address potential issues or risks, and implement appropriate solutions to keep projects on track
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and team members to implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a project coordination or project support role, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred
