About the Role

The Sales Planning and Analytics Officer is responsible for overseeing and analyzing the overall sales performance of real estate projects across all channels. This role serves as an independent analytical and governance body, separate from the Sales Team, ensuring objective evaluation of sales trends, project absorption, and revenue performance.

The position focuses on sales planning and analytics, performance evaluation and event analytics providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to support management in achieving revenue targets and optimizing inventory movement.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in sales analytics, business analysis, or real estate planning.
• Experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property development is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Advanced Excel and experience with reporting/dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Understanding of real estate metrics (absorption, inventory aging, yield, etc.).
• Strategic thinking and forecasting capability.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
