Job Description

Website Management
  • Manage and monitor overall website performance
  • Ensure website uptime, hosting, security updates, and user access
  • Handle backups and restoration processes
Lead Generation & Sales Support
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns to drive high-quality leads
  • Align with Sales team to optimize lead nurturing and conversion
  • Build remarketing campaigns and automated lead nurturing flows (email, SMS, chatbots)
Content & Branding
  • Maintain and update web content (blogs, news, project info)
  • Oversee content creation across social media, blogs, and video platforms
  • Ensure brand consistency and compelling messaging across channels
  • Promote lifestyle and community-oriented content for real estate projects
Analytics & Optimization
  • Monitor and report on digital KPIs: leads, CPL, conversion rates, ROI
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, FB Ads Manager, and CRM reports to optimize performance
Qualifications
  • Graduate of Digital Marketing or a Business-related course
  • With 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
  • Preferably with experience in real estate or property development industry

Required Skills & Competencies

Digital Marketing Tools & Platforms
  • Facebook Ads Manager (Meta Business Suite) – lead gen & remarketing
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, conversion tracking
  • SEO/SEM strategies and basic content writing
Tools & Design
  • Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • UX/UI understanding for landing pages
  • Basic CRM marketing automation (email workflows, lead nurturing)
Data & Performance
  • A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns
  • Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and dashboard creation
  • Budget management for campaigns and tools
Soft Skills & Business Acumen
  • Strong collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Strategic planning and digital roadmap implementation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Presentation skills – able to report to top management and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Philippine real estate market and buyer behavior
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
  • Familiarity with HLURB/DHSUD real estate compliance
  • Experience in CRM tools like HubSpot, Active Campaign, or similar
  • Project management experience with internal teams and vendors
