Is currently looking for: HR SPECIALIST - ANALYTICS
An HR Specialist – Analytics focuses on leveraging data to drive strategic HR decisions and improve workforce outcomes. This role is responsible for tracking and analyzing key metrics across the employee lifecycle, developing insights to enhance processes, and supporting organizational planning.It also involves designing and managing HR surveys, as well as creating clear and structured job descriptions aligned with business needs. The position plays a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to strengthen talent management and overall HR effectiveness.
Job Specifics:
- Build, monitor, and report HR metrics (from Onboarding to Off boarding)
- Create, administer, and analyze HR surveys
- Write Job Descriptions
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualification Standards- Education - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience
- Profession: at least 6 months of relevant HR experience
- experience in Psychological testing and assessment
- Leadership: None
- Training: None
- Certifications and Licenses: Registered Psychometrician (RPm) in an Advantage
- Basic understanding of data visualization (Power BI)
- Basic understanding of data modeling (power query and power pivot)
- Proficiency with HR systems/HRIS and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Advanced MS 365 Skills, Basic MS Power platform
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and integrity.
- Problem-solving mindset, ability to multitask, and manage time well.
- Keen to details
- Familiarity with writing technical or specialized roles in Selling, Shared Services, Warehousing and Logistics.
