Business Development Sales Officer (HR Services)

Responsibilities- Identify potential clients through research, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct field visits and market mapping to uncover new business opportunities.
- Set appointments and meet with business owners, HR leaders, and executives.
- Present HR Primo’s recruitment and HR solutions with confidence.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and assist in closing new accounts.
- Ensure a smooth handover of new clients to Operations and Recruitment teams.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins and support.
- Track pipeline updates and conversion rates using CRM tools.
- Represent HR Primo in meetings, industry events, and networking activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related course.
- 1–2 years of sales, client-facing, or business development experience.
- Open to trainable candidates with strong communication and people skills.
- Confident speaking to decision-makers and executives.
- Proactive, organized, and motivated to meet goals.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and client visits.
- Goal-driven, professional, and eager to grow in a sales career.
