The Sales Associate is responsible for meeting sales objectives, providing excellent customer assistance, and maintaining store visual standards. This position also supports inventory accuracy and availability.

• Meet sales goals for assigned products or categories.
• Monitor and report sales results.
• Provide professional customer assistance.
• Ensure merchandise displays meet visual guidelines.
• Assist with inventory monitoring and ordering.

• Senior High School graduate or with college units.
• At least 6 months of sales experience is preferred.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Basic inventory knowledge is beneficial.
• Willing to work shifting schedules.
