Showroom Sales Associate (For Iloilo Plant)

Is currently looking for:

SHOWROOM SALES ASSOCIATE (FOR ILOILO PLANT)

JOB FUNCTION:

To sell the merchandise as well as provide customer service to walk-in customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Meet KPI targets set by the department.
2. Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
3. Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment.
4. Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
5. Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
6. Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
7. Arrange and display merchandise to promote sales.
8. Ensures that existing Company Rules and Regulation, Core Values, Safety and Standard Operating Procedures are being implemented at all times.
9. Participate in company productivity programs such as SGA and QCC.
10. Observe / conducts cleanliness and 5S housekeeping in the workplace in compliance to the Health and Safety Standards set by the company.
11. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in AB- liberal arts and commerce major in communication & any business related course.
• At least 1 year experience in cashiering
• Effective communication with interface & customer
• Developing Strategic relationship and strategic decision making.
• Willing to work during weekend and holidays
