Position Overview:
The Inbound Sales Associate serves as the primary touchpoint for prospective families. This operational support role focuses entirely on turning warm inbound inquiries into active program enrollments through structured consultative communication, prompt lead management, and close collaboration with local center teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to inbound inquiries, qualify student academic needs, recommend optimal program packages, and guide parents through the payment process.
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Respond IO) to ensure zero lead drop-off and follow up consistently with undecided contacts.
- Schedule trial classes and center tours, brief local team members on parent backgrounds, and secure post-trial feedback to drive enrollment conversions.
- Execute seamless student handovers to the center teams while ensuring payment statuses and documentation are complete.
Qualifications:
- Basic written and spoken command of English.
- Strong communication skills with a consultative, customer-facing approach.
- Proven capacity to handle consumer objections with confidence and empathy.
- Comfort utilizing modern CRM ecosystems (e.g., Respond IO) and basic workplace tools (Gmail).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles, educational sales, or fast-paced BPO environments.
