Handling escalated issues from the service desk.
- Performing basic network troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- Assisting with the configuration and deployment of network devices.
- Monitoring network performance and identifying potential issues.
- Providing support for daily routine health checks of firewall and SD-WAN connectivity before banking hours begin.
- Documenting all network configurations and changes.
- Assisting in the implementation of network security measures.
- Conducting initial analysis of network incidents and escalating as needed.
- Supporting end users with network-related issues.
- Providing onsite support for firewall and SD-WAN devices at store locations and offsite ATMs.
- Scheduling regular maintenance visits to ensure optimal performance.
- Responding promptly to onsite support requests.
- Performing troubleshooting for firewall and SD-WAN devices.
- Coordinating with the IT team on complex issues requiring onsite intervention.
- Documenting all onsite support activities and resolutions.
- Maintaining a stock of spare parts and replacement devices for quick resolution.
- Providing emergency onsite support for critical issues at the head office and branch locations.
- Monitoring the availability of store and offsite ATM connections, including telco lines (MPLS, broadband, and LTE), firewalls, and switches; the proposed vendor must provide 24/7 support and troubleshooting services to address issues promptly.

- The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in network operations or network support.
- Hands-on experience handling escalated service desk issues.
- Basic to intermediate network troubleshooting skills, including firewall and SD-WAN device installation and support.
- Experience monitoring network performance, performing daily network health checks prior to business hours, and supporting incident analysis and escalation in an ITIL-aligned environment.
- Ability to provide onsite support to branch locations and offsite ATMs, including installation, troubleshooting, repairs, emergency response, and scheduled maintenance visits.
- Strong experience in documentation, shift handover reporting, and vendor coordination, with the ability to work closely with internal IT teams—preferably in banking or enterprise network environments.
- Exposure to network security controls, 24x7 or shift-based operations, and SLA-driven support is highly preferred.
- Network and firewall certifications are a plus.
- Willing to take night shift schedule
- Willing to do site visit (as needed)
- Huawei product certification is an advantage.
