Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing merchant partners
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement campaigns aligned with business strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Risk, Product, Support, Customer Care, etc.) to drive operational and business improvements
- Provide insights and recommendations to support the growth and performance of key merchant accounts
- Drive adoption and usage of omnichannel solutions in the market
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in brand, retail, or e-commerce industries
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret trends and generate insights using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Confident in delivering client presentations, both face-to-face and virtually
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills
- Proactive, results-oriented, and collaborative, with a strong drive for continuous business improvement
