UK Operations Specialist w/ Client-facing exp | Onsite (Eastwood, Quezon City)

In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting both the operational and strategic goals of the UK & Ireland team. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the UK & Ireland team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support strategic initiatives.
• Manage communications with chauffeur partners, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely and professional handling of inquiries.
• Work closely with chauffeur partners to ensure they consistently exceed customer expectations and uphold Clients' high standards of service quality.
• Assist in maintaining compliance and documentation requirements for the London market.
• Build strong, genuine relationships with our chauffeur partners and key local partners, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.
• Report to the UK & Ireland team on supply contact trends
• Escalate urgent issues reported by the supply market for resolution
• Process payment adjustments as required and maintain records
• Maintain consistent ‘voice’ in all outgoing communications with the supply market
