Branch Manager

• Evaluates market trends and gather competitive information, identifies trends that affect current and future growth of area sales and profitability collaborates with marketing and supports the delivery of marketing campaigns ·
• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. ·
• Drives and supports the management of customer service activities and staff competence so as to optimize and sustain sales performance and customer satisfaction ·
• Coordinate with the Head Office on establishment and charges of selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.Delegates assigned projects in a timely manner ·
• Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. ·
• Empowers the sales team by conducting a regular meeting, do training and coaching and imposition of disciplinary measures. Submits daily sales reports to management ·
• Promotes store policies to customers ·
• Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any Bachelor/College course preferably Commerce
• With at least 1-2 years of Sales experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity
• Great leadership skills with good oral and verbal communication skills and able to handle a dynamic team
• Highly analytical and well organized with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Knows how to respond to market changes and can conceptualize strategies to cope up.
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Good negotiation skills
