BRANCH MANAGER for Banilad

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Primarily responsible with regard to the functions of the Banilad Branch and its Business Units (DIY, Showroom, Lighting System, Project).
• Formulates and executes strategic initiatives as requirements for continuous improvement in business processes of the business units.
• From time to time recommends new strategies and work processes to enable the units to function optimally
• Coordinates and facilitates communications with the functional works of all other business units in so far as the operations and projects of the Banilad Branch is concerned.
• Responsible for the accomplishment of the Strategy Map/Strategic Objectives, Key Result Areas (KRAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Strategic Initiatives as presented in detail in the Balanced Scorecards.
• Actively enforces customer care and customer service at all times in all areas.

• Initiates physical analysis of the DIY area for floor planning and other required modifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Male or Female
• A graduate of Business Management, Marketing or any related course
• At least 5 years of related work experience preferably in the retail industry
• Willing to be assign anywhere in Cebu.
• Very good leadership skills.
• Excellent communication interpersonal skills, and customer relations skills.
• Very adept at problem-solving and decision-making.
• Very keen with details, highly organized, and good time management skills.
• Proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications.
• Basic knowledge of SAP is highly preferred.
