Branch Field Credit Investigator and Appraiser (Mandaue)

The Branch Field Credit Investigator and Appraiser will conducts thorough background and field checking of credit applicants to gather relevant information

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares the necessary reports for the management and internal customers in a fast and timely manner
• Establish the veracity of information provided by the credit applicants
• Providing Objective appraisal of collaterals to establish the proper and reasonable valuation of assets
• Monitors incoming and outgoing requests and reports to effectively manage its assignments.
• Answers credit inquiries from other banks and financial institutions.
• Assists Legal and Collection Department in recovering/returned/end of lease collaterals or performing repossession.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Commerce, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking, Human Resource Management, Marketing or equivalent
• Must possess good marketing and communication skills
• Driving skills are required; candidates must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive confidently
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Willing to work full-time on-site: Orix Metro: Mandaue branch
