MANDARIN RIVETER SUPERVISOR

Supervise daily riveting operations and assign tasks to riveters.

Ensure riveting work meets project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Inspect tools, equipment, and work areas to maintain safety and efficiency.

Coordinate with engineers, foremen, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow.

Maintain daily progress reports and submit updates to project leadership.

Address technical or operational issues promptly to minimize delays.

Qualifications/Requirements

Excellent communication skills in Chinese oral and writing, basic English
Strong knowledge of riveting processes, tools, and safety practices.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage a multicultural workforce.
