MANDARIN DEPUTY PROJECT MANAGER

Support the Project Manager in overall project planning, scheduling, and execution.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
Assist in preparing project budgets, resource allocation, and cost tracking.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Support in managing procurement, contract administration, and project logistics.

Qualifications/Requirements

Excellent communication skills in Chinese oral and writing, basic English
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project needs.

Leadership potential with capability to step in for the Project Manager when required.
