The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting clients with inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role is entry-level and requires no prior experience, as full training will be provided

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls, chats, or emails in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Follow communication guidelines and company procedures.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions and ensure records are updated.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate.
  • Good to excellent English communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate online tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and listening skills.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • No prior work experience required – training will be provided.
