Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls, chats, or emails in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Follow communication guidelines and company procedures.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Document customer interactions and ensure records are updated.
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate.
- Good to excellent English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate online tools.
- Strong problem-solving and listening skills.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- No prior work experience required – training will be provided.
