About the role

Become a Surface Grinding Machinist at 21Climust Inc', a leading manufacturer located in Calamba City Laguna. In this full-time role, you will operate and maintain surface grinding machines to produce precision parts and components for our diverse product range.

1. Set up and operate surface grinding machines to grind metal parts to precise specifications
2. Monitor the grinding process and make adjustments to ensure optimal performance and product quality
3. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues with grinding equipment
4. Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
5. Document production activities and maintain detailed records
6. Collaborate with the production team to optimise workflows and identify process improvements

1. 1-2 years of experience as a surface grinder or machinist in a manufacturing environment
2. Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings
3. Proficient in the use of measuring tools, such as micrometers and calipers
4. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
5. Good communication and teamwork skills
6. High school diploma or equivalent
