What will you contribute?
Working as part of the Marketing Center of Excellence Team, this role will be integral in handling marketing operations functions focusing on purchasing function.
Reports to the Head of Marketing Center of Excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and spearhead the Purchase Request (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) cycle management of the Marketing team: check accuracy, raise, monitor, receipt, track
- Assist in vendor onboarding and management
- Will be the key liaison about PO's between the business, procurement, and finance
- Check and track payments to marketing related expenses
- Work closely with the Financial Analysts in ensuring items are aligned and tagged accordingly to the proper cost center
- Work closely with management and stakeholders in the planning and implementation of procurement process
Required Experience and Skills:
- Some knowledge of procurement procedures and policies, and marketing or sales operations
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Awareness of procurement platforms such as Netsuite or equivalent software/tools
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, etc.)
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in operations, administrative, or procurement
- Excellent communication skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Basic mathematical knowledge
- Experience in PR/PO processing and vendor managemet, but not required
- Ability to work with co-workers in different time zones
- Experience working in large complex organizations
- Ability to work and solve problems under pressure
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing or related areas
