SALES MANAGER – GLOBAL B2B / OEM MANUFACTURING

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead global business development initiatives for our OEM and private label manufacturing business. This role is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional with strong B2B sales experience, preferably with exposure to manufacturing, sourcing, retail, consumer goods, or related industries.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with international clients, including customers in the US market, while driving growth across OEM manufacturing, private label partnerships, corporate accounts, and retail opportunities.

This role offers international exposure, travel opportunities, and potential relocation to our Vietnam office depending on business needs.

Position Overview

The Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding the company’s global customer base and strengthening long-term client partnerships. The ideal candidate is commercially driven, proactive, and capable of managing complex B2B sales cycles from lead generation to account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans to drive company growth globally.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for OEM manufacturing, private label production, corporate partnerships, and retail accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, retailers, and brand partners, particularly in the US and global markets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing to account management.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate closely with internal teams including development, production, sourcing, and logistics to ensure successful project execution.
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for management review.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, business trips, trade shows, and industry events locally and internationally.
  • Support the company’s expansion initiatives and contribute to strengthening its global market presence.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Experience handling international or global accounts is highly preferred.
  • Background in manufacturing, OEM/private label, sourcing, consumer goods, apparel, footwear, retail, or related industries is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
  • Open to relocation or extended assignment in Vietnam when needed.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
