Sales manager

Job Description

• Market and sell Megaworld Global-Estate, Inc. projects through effective sales and marketing initiatives
• Recruit, train, and develop a team of qualified Property Specialists
• Supervise and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Conduct regular coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations
• Plan and implement marketing activities and lead-generation campaigns
• Monitor and analyze team performance to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with company sales processes and industry standards
• Collaborate with internal departments to support sales efforts
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the assigned Sales Director
• Maintain strong knowledge of company projects, market trends, and competitors

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or Brokers License is a plus.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership or managerial capacity.
• With ready Sales Team consisting of 5 Sellers, preferably residing within manning areas or nearby project areas
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
