CAREER OPPORTUNITY for
LIFTING SUPERVISOR- Oversee and ensure safe lifting operations in compliance with project and safety regulations.
- Conduct pre-lift inspections and verify lifting plans, equipment, and rigging methods.
- Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and site engineers for smooth execution of lifts.
- Monitor load weights, balance, and positioning to prevent hazards.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure workers adhere to lifting guidelines.
Qualifications/Requirements
LIFTING SUPERVISOR Qualifications- Proficient in both spoken Indonesian and English
- Proven experience operating lifting equipment such as cranes, hoists, or winches in a construction or tunneling environment
- Knowledge of safe rigging practices and load handling procedures
- Familiarity with lifting plans, signal communication, and site safety protocols
- Proven experience to work in confined or high-risk environments
- Proven ability to plan and coordinate tasks with the team, prioritizing knowledge exchange and workplace safety.
