Description
The supervisor for digital marketing will lead the content management system authoring team and work with the executive leadership team and various stakeholders to create, edit, and delete pages on the web site in accordance with the company's goals for branding, traffic, leads, and orders.
This is a leadership position and requires a deep understanding of web content and content management systems, analysis and reporting, and team management.
This position partners with multiple teams across the globe. Leveraging these partnerships, this position will be accountable for meeting web site goals for a site that gets millions of visits every year.
Skills and Qualifications
Job-Related Experience:
- Familiarity with multiple aspects of digital marketing, including content management
- Ability to communicate, collaborate, and work effectively in a multi-cultural organization and across different management levels
- Basic knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JS is a plus
- Excellent English written and spoken communication skills
- Has the self-development skills that can aid in keeping up to date with fast-changing trends
Specific Knowledge:
- Familiarity with multiple aspects of digital marketing, including content management and web development (but not necessarily IT)
- Basic content management system and its complementary tools knowledge:
- EPiServer
- PIM
- DAM
- General understanding of company and general industry-accepted documentation standards
- Understanding of various content management systems and its processes (WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.)
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science Business, Marketing, Journalism or Mass Communications or equivalent
