Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills

Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the marketing team for campaigns and promotions
Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales targetsCoordinate with sales and merchandising teams for product promotions
Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
Support management in market research and customer engagement activities
