JOB PURPOSE/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of business systems, digitalization initiatives, compliance programs, and operational projects in the Carmen Plant in alignment with standards and systems established by the Business Development Department.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, quality systems, process improvement, or operations support is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- License: N/A
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs and Google Forms (formula & dashboard)
- Others: Primarily assigned at Shemberg Biotech Corporation (Carmen, Cebu) but must be willing to be assigned or travel to Shemberg Ingredients and Gums Corporation (Pakna-an, Mandaue City) as needed.
