About the role
We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist - Executive Search to join our dynamic recruitment team at our office in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in our executive search operations. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be instrumental in sourcing, identifying, and placing senior-level executives and leadership professionals with our clients.This role is strategic in nature and directly contributes to our company's growth and client satisfaction, positioning you at the heart of our recruitment initiatives.
What you'll be doing- Conducting comprehensive executive searches to identify and attract high-calibre senior-level candidates for client organisations
- Great sourcing skills in finding right talents in the market
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of pre-qualified executive candidates through networking, relationship management, and proactive sourcing
- Partnering closely with clients to understand their organisational needs, company culture, and specific requirements for executive placements
- Presenting shortlisted candidates to clients, facilitating interviews, and managing the selection process
- Maintaining detailed records of all candidate interactions, placements, and client feedback in our recruitment database
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates to support repeat business and referrals
- Staying current with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging talent pools relevant to executive recruitment
- Meeting recruitment targets and performance metrics whilst maintaining the highest standards of service quality
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in executive recruitment, recruitment consulting, or internal recruitment specialising in senior-level placements
- Proven track record of successfully placing senior executives and leadership professionals in challenging roles
- Strong understanding of executive competencies, leadership qualities, and organisational culture assessment
- Excellent research and candidate sourcing skills, with proficiency in utilising recruitment databases, LinkedIn, and other professional networks
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior-level professionals and C-suite executives
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships over the long term
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex placement scenarios
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Preferred but not required: Certification in recruitment practice or executive search methodologies
