About the role

This role is strategic in nature and directly contributes to our company's growth and client satisfaction, positioning you at the heart of our recruitment initiatives.

• Conducting comprehensive executive searches to identify and attract high-calibre senior-level candidates for client organisations
• Great sourcing skills in finding right talents in the market
• Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of pre-qualified executive candidates through networking, relationship management, and proactive sourcing
• Partnering closely with clients to understand their organisational needs, company culture, and specific requirements for executive placements
• Presenting shortlisted candidates to clients, facilitating interviews, and managing the selection process
• Maintaining detailed records of all candidate interactions, placements, and client feedback in our recruitment database
• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates to support repeat business and referrals
• Staying current with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging talent pools relevant to executive recruitment
• Meeting recruitment targets and performance metrics whilst maintaining the highest standards of service quality

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in executive recruitment, recruitment consulting, or internal recruitment specialising in senior-level placements
• Proven track record of successfully placing senior executives and leadership professionals in challenging roles
• Strong understanding of executive competencies, leadership qualities, and organisational culture assessment
• Excellent research and candidate sourcing skills, with proficiency in utilising recruitment databases, LinkedIn, and other professional networks
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior-level professionals and C-suite executives
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships over the long term
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex placement scenarios
• Strong organisational and time management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple searches simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Preferred but not required: Certification in recruitment practice or executive search methodologies
