Role Overview

The Account Executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship and communication with clients, ensuring that influencer marketing campaigns are strategically aligned, well-executed, and deliver results.

This role acts as the bridge between the client and internal teams—translating client objectives into clear directions and ensuring seamless execution across strategy, content, and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Management & Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Lead regular check-ins, campaign updates, and performance reviews
Manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables
  1. Campaign Planning & Alignment
Understand client goals and translate them into actionable campaign plans
Work with the Influencer Content Strategist to align on overall campaign direction and funnel strategy
Ensure all campaigns are aligned with brand objectives, KPIs, and timelines
  1. Internal Coordination

Collaborate closely with: Influencer Marketing Coordinator (execution & creator management)

Content Strategist (content direction & messaging)
Ensure all internal teams are aligned on deliverables, timelines, and expectations
Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks in execution
  1. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track campaign performance across key metrics (reach, engagement, conversion, GMV if applicable)
Consolidate reports and present insights and recommendations to clients
Provide strategic input on how to optimize ongoing and future campaigns
  1. Project & Timeline Management
Oversee campaign timelines from briefing to execution to post-campaign reporting
Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards
Manage revisions and approvals between client and internal teams
  1. Commercial Awareness & Growth
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Support in proposal development and campaign pitching

Ensure campaigns are delivered within agreed budgets and scope

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  1. 4 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or influencer marketing
Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram, and e-commerce integrations
Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills
Strong project management and organizational abilities

Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance
