Assistant Store Supervisor (Havaianas - SM Lucena)

We are looking for a driven and people-focused Assistant Store Supervisor who can lead the selling floor, inspire the team, and help drive sales performance while ensuring world-class customer service.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Support the Area Supervisor in achieving sales growth and profitability targets
• Execute and ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
• Monitor controllable expenses and store supplies
• Ensure proper merchandising and highlight new arrivals on the selling floor
• Plan and maximize mall events and in-store promotions
• Complete daily store checklists to maintain smooth operations

• Supervise and guide Brand Ambassadors
• Conduct regular team meetings and cascade product updates
• Evaluate team performance and recommend improvements
• Ensure timely payroll submissions and proper incident reporting
• Coach staff on delivering the Havaianas customer experience

• Ensure consistent implementation of Havaianas selling standards
• Maintain visual merchandising excellence
• Train staff in handling customer inquiries and objections
• Lead by example in delivering energy, warmth, and brand enthusiasm

• Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years in college/vocational course
• Minimum 1 year experience as Store Staff OR 6 months as OIC (Retail industry preferred)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
• Experience with POS systems (Navision/RPro is a plus)
• Willing to work weekends and holidays
