Outsourcing Crew is looking for experienced Ecommerce Virtual Assistants to support online businesses across various industries. If you have a strong background in ecommerce platforms, marketing tools, and content creation, and you value reliability and quality work, this role may be a great fit.
THE ROLE
We are seeking Ecommerce Virtual Assistants with at least one year of hands-on experience supporting ecommerce clients. You will work closely with international clients and assist with daily operations, marketing support, and content-related tasks.
A minimum of one year of Virtual Assistant experience in ecommerce is required.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST
Payroll: Salary paid mid-month and end of month via bank transfer
Qualifications/Requirements
ABOUT YOUThis role is open for Filipino VAs residing in the Philippines
Experience- At least 2 years of experience working with ecommerce clients
- Proven experience using one or more of the following platforms:
Klaviyo
Social media marketing with intermediate-level content creation
Portfolio Requirement (Required)- You must be able to share a portfolio showcasing your work, particularly in ecommerce, social media content, email marketing, or related projects
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Able to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams
Technical Skills
Experience in some or all of the following:
- Social media marketing
- Email marketing
- Shopify store management
- Klaviyo email campaigns and flows
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Proactive problem solver
- Goal-driven and accountable
- Professional, respectful, and values-aligned
