Marketing & Operations Assistant (Full-Time, Office-Based)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Operations Assistant who can support both marketing activities and day-to-day business operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, update, and manage websites using Avada (WordPress)
• Create presentations, catalogs, and marketing materials using Canva or similar tools
• Support daily administrative tasks
• Assist in logistics coordination and operations
• Help improve company workflows and organization
• Work closely with management on different projects

Requirements:

• Experience with WordPress (Avada theme preferred)
• Skilled in Canva, PowerPoint, or other design tools
• Organized and able to handle multiple tasks
• Basic understanding of online marketing or websites
• Good communication skills
• Proactive and willing to learn
