Role Overview:

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and have a passion for assisting customers. You will serve as a key point of contact, providing support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience across various channels.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries across various communication channels.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
  • Utilize available resources and internal tools to provide accurate and timely responses to customer concerns.
  • Address and resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of service quality.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of concerns.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the system and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless communication and service.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved concerns following established procedures and guidelines.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Open to candidates with no BPO experience
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent comprehension and active listening skills
  • A quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, systems, and processes

Work Schedule & Location:

  • Onsite at 1Nito Tower, Cebu City
  • Night shift, with openness to a shifting schedule
  • Immediate availability preferred
