Role Overview:
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries across various communication channels.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
- Utilize available resources and internal tools to provide accurate and timely responses to customer concerns.
- Address and resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of service quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of concerns.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system and follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless communication and service.
- Escalate complex or unresolved concerns following established procedures and guidelines.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Open to candidates with no BPO experience
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent comprehension and active listening skills
- A quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, systems, and processes
Work Schedule & Location:
- Onsite at 1Nito Tower, Cebu City
- Night shift, with openness to a shifting schedule
- Immediate availability preferred
