Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused and results-driven Customer Service Representative to support our travel account. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, bookings, and travel-related concerns while identifying opportunities to promote additional services and enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with bookings, modifications, cancellations, and general travel-related concerns
- Provide accurate information about services, policies, and promotions
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or add-ons
- Upsell relevant services and maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the system
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets (CSAT, productivity, and sales metrics)
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months to 1 year of Customer Service experience (sales experience is a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
- Ability to handle objections and turn interactions into sales opportunities
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in travel, booking, or sales is an advantage but not required
