We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administrative Intern to support our administrative team. This internship is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in office management and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including answering filing, and managing documents and cards.
  • Help prepare and organize documents
  • Maintain and update digital filing systems and databases.
  • Coordinate and assist with meetings, events, and office activities.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with preparing reports, spreadsheets, and other office-related tasks.
  • Manage and respond to emails and other forms of communication as required.
  • Support in data entry, research, and other assigned administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
Job Types: Internship

Pay: Php300.00 per day
