We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administrative Intern to support our administrative team. This internship is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in office management and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including answering filing, and managing documents and cards.
- Help prepare and organize documents
- Maintain and update digital filing systems and databases.
- Coordinate and assist with meetings, events, and office activities.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with preparing reports, spreadsheets, and other office-related tasks.
- Manage and respond to emails and other forms of communication as required.
- Support in data entry, research, and other assigned administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive and positive attitude.
Pay: Php300.00 per day
