Job Description

• Assist the ACDM-JV Environmental Supervisor in daily environmental management activities.
• Support the identification and assessment of environmental aspects and impacts related to construction activities.
• Provide daily updates and assistance to achieve environmental targets in line with the CEMMP (Construction Environmental Management and Monitoring Plan).
• Implement applicable environmental measures and controls on-site.
• Maintain records of environmental inspections, monitoring activities, and permit compliance.
• Manage environmental materials, equipment, and documentation for monitoring purposes.
• Assist in maintaining Environmental Monitoring Systems (EMS) to track environmental performance.
• Ensure environmental permits are in place prior to the construction of ancillary facilities and related plants.
• Conduct environmental training for the ACDM-JV team and subcontractors, including ECC condition orientation before site deployment.
• Perform daily site visits to implement monitoring programs in assigned areas.
• Conduct internal environmental monitoring and coordinate regulatory-required monitoring such as water quality, air quality, noise, and vibration in sensitive areas and historical structures.
• Report findings and observations to the Environmental Supervisor.
• Assist in the preparation of environmental reports and provide necessary information to support compliance.
• Identify significant environmental aspects and recommend mitigation measures for construction activities.
• Monitor compliance with the Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) and commitments stipulated in the CEMMP.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Preferably trained in Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH).
• Completed Basic PCO Training Course within the last three years.
• Strong organizational and monitoring skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and subcontractors.
