JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Report directly to the President and create high-impact visual and web design solutions based on company and client requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize frontend and backend websites, landing pages, web applications, and internal employee portals with secure access, responsive design, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Perform website maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, SEO and keyword optimization, content updates, CMS management (WordPress/Joomla), and web analytics monitoring to ensure optimal website performance and security.
- Create multimedia graphic designs, UI/UX layouts, marketing collaterals, 3D animations, and digital content while collaborating with marketing and other departments for campaigns and integrations.
- Maintain documentation, update logs, implement content calendars, ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy standards, and perform other duties assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in frontend and backend web development, website maintenance, multimedia design, and digital content management.
- Proficient in WordPress, HTML/CSS, backend development, UI/UX design tools, Adobe Creative Suite, Blender 3D, and multimedia graphic designing.
- Knowledgeable in SEO, keyword optimization, web analytics, CMS management, responsive web design, and data security practices.
- Strong organizational, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
