The ideal candidate must have:
Non-negotiables:
- Strong experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance
- Proven business partnering with cross-functional stakeholders
- High resilience and ability to handle complex, data-heavy environments
- Exposure to automation, coding, or AI tools (e.g. Python, Power BI)
Good-to-haves:
- Experience in pharma, FMCG, or multi-brand environments
- Background in managing large SKU portfolios or complex datasets
