Job Description:
- Supervise and guide a team of engineers, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Evaluate and interpret technical documents, including requirements and specifications, to align with global customer needs.
- Develop test plans and test cases, and set up test environments for networking products based on global customer requirements.
- Execute tests, document observations, and analyze results to ensure quality assurance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and liaise with counterparts from HQ Taiwan and the China R&D center to improve testing strategies and overall product quality.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualification:
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
- Ability to analyse and communicate quantitative insights in a precise actionable manner
- Hands-on programming experience using relevant languages.
