Building Maintenance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Morning Opening 8:00AM: Disarm security systems, unlock primary entrance gates/doors, switch on common area lighting, and ensure all walkways are clear and safe for occupants or visitors.
2. Evening Closing 8:00PM : Conduct a comprehensive walkthrough of the entire facility to ensure all non-essential equipment, lights, and AC units are turned off. Secure all windows, lock external doors/gates, and arm the security system.
3. Conduct daily visual inspections of the building’s LED Billboards to check for dead pixels, module disconnections, display distortions, or power failures.
4. Perform routine inspections of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC (Air Conditioning) systems.
5. Handle minor carpentry, painting, masonry, and mechanical repairs around the property.
6. Respond to urgent maintenance requests from tenants, staff, or management.

• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in property maintenance, building operations, or a similar technician role.
• Technical Skillset: Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, basic plumbing, and general handyman tasks.
• LED Specialization: Proven hands-on experience or solid understanding of LED Billboard hardware.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and comfortably work at heights (for billboard or structural inspections).
• Reliability: High sense of responsibility regarding punctuality for the opening 8:00AM and closing 8:00PM (Not everyday) duties.
• Behavioral & Cultural Fit: Demonstrates excellent workplace behavior, a professional demeanor, and high emotional maturity. Must possess strong interpersonal skills to collaborate harmoniously with coworkers, show respect to tenants/visitors, and adapt smoothly to the dynamic daily demands of the environment.
