At least a High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Level; vocational or technical training related to building maintenance, civil works, or a related field is an advantage.
Preferably with NC II Certificate related to Building Maintenance, Carpentry, Masonry, Plumbing, Electrical Installation and Maintenance, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in building maintenance, civil works, or facility maintenance.
Knowledgeable in carpentry, masonry, painting, tile repairs and plumbing works.
Basic knowledge of electrical and building maintenance systems is an advantage.
Able to perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Basic troubleshooting of building facilities and equipment.
Skilled in the proper use of hand tools and power tools.
Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation are advantage.
Physically fit and capable of performing maintenance and repair work.
Can work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to be assigned to a commercial, offices, & condo units when required.
Good problem-solving and time management skills.
Honest, reliable, and with a strong sense of responsibility.
Qualifications/Requirements
