The Admin Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the company's inventory and administrative operations to ensure accurate inventory records, proper asset accountability, and efficient administrative support. The role focuses on inventory planning, monitoring, stock control, procurement coordination, and administrative processes that support daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and guide administrative staff to ensure inventory and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Oversee inventory management of office supplies, equipment, and company assets, ensuring accurate records and proper documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment to support operational requirements.
- Conduct regular inventory counts, reconciliations, and audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure proper issuance, transfer, return, and disposal of company assets and inventory in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding inventory requirements, asset requests, and administrative support.
- Assist in sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, and coordinating purchases for office and operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with administrative policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, administrative processes, and operational efficiency.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in inventory management, administration, or a related function, preferably with supervisory experience.
- Experience in inventory control, asset management, and stock reconciliation.
- Exposure to procurement or purchasing processes is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and coordination skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
